I have established my PR company for over 5 years now. The company has grown from just me to now having 10 employees. Although it is still a small company, I prefer steady growth over quick expansion. I enjoy meeting people from different industries, especially those who have their own businesses and believe in my business experience, although it may not be extensive, it can serve as a reference for you.
